The Five Pivotal Paradigms for Transformation
Ed Silvoso from Transformation Ch.3
It finally dawned on me that I was in deep medical trouble when my eye surgeon told me, “Well, you were first in line for brains…but last for eyes”. Several top-notched eye specialists had examined me previously, and one by one they had referred me to “someone more experienced on this matter”. A young woman named Um, 6 months pregnant, was involved in a bad motor bike accident. After being rushed to the hospital, where she was thoroughly examined, she was told that she had lost her baby. On Friday, the day of her operation, we had our weekly service in her village and she decided to attend before going to the hospital. Everyone prayed for her, and she felt the baby kick inside her. Sure enough, the doctor at the hospital said “a miracle has occurred, your baby is alive”….

This new spirit caught on quickly and soon their entire zip code was being blessed regularly. Now ALL of New York City has been prayer walked 9 years in a row!

DESPERATE PEOPLE DO DESPERATE THINGS:
The story of the Transformation of Cereso Prison, Ciudad Juarez, MX

A Jeepney Driver and the Transformation of a Bar
The story of Joe, a jeepney (taxi) owner and driver in the Philippines, provides a vivid illustration of the way the kingdom of God, the Church and the marketplace can interact to transform individuals and touch a city.
As Joe was driving his jeepney shortly after his conversion to Christianity, he heard God tell him to serve right where he was. Since he was a new believer and the marketplace was what he knew best, he focused on a bar called Sweet Moments. He decided to apply the principles of prayer evangelism as listed in Luke 10 to make peace with the lost, fellowship with them, take care of them and…
