Packages

All package rates are subject to hotel availability and may change. The rate includes 4 nights double occupancy in a Gardenview room at the Hilton Hawaiian Village (September 30th – October 4th, 2013), coffee breaks, Welcome Dinner Banquet, breakfast and lunch, conference materials, and registration. If you would like to request a single room or a room upgrade you may do so at an additional charge. The package deposit is non-refundable. The package balance is 100% refundable 90 days before the conference. Up to 45 days before the conference the package balance is 50% refundable.

Hilton Hawaiian Village

If you and your family or friends are staying in more than one room, you can request to have your rooms connected. The hotel can guarantee a connecting door between the 2 rooms for an additional price of $27/night.

Airport

All flights to Honolulu, Hawaii arrive at the Honolulu International Airport, which is approximately 8 miles from the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Airport Transfers

Participants are responsible to make their own airport transfer arrangements from the Honolulu International Airport to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Airport transportation options are endless and easy to arrange however see our recommendations below.

1. To arrange an "Airport Express" hotel shuttle for $30 roundtrip visit: Roberts Hawaii.
2. The Hilton Hawaiian Village also offers a taxi service called Charley's Taxi & Tours. Located at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, they provide special taxi services between the Honolulu International Airport and the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

For arrival, please call the number below and make your reservation. For departure, Charley's provides a special taxi shuttle service from the Hilton Hawaiian Village to the Honolulu International Airport. Hours of Operation: Daily 7:00am to 7:00pm every hour on the hour (times subject to change). Rate: $12.00 per person. Please call ahead for reservations.

Attire

The overall ambiance of the conference is business casual. The Welcome Dinner on Monday night is resort formal. We recommend dressing in light layers to allow you to adjust to the temperature of the day and indoor air conditioning.

Weather

Hawaii is in its autumn season. The weather in Honolulu ranges from a high of 84°F degrees during the day to a low of mid 71°F at night. There will be some days of sunshine as well as days that are partly cloudy. Hawaii is always beautiful! You will want to plan your wardrobe by dressing in light layers.
