If you and your family or friends are staying in more than one room, you can request to have your rooms connected. The hotel can guarantee a connecting door between the 2 rooms for an additional price of $27/night.

The above package price is based on a Gardenview room with double occupancy and assumes that you agree to staying with a roommate. If you are not traveling with your spouse or with someone you know, the conference registrar will room you with another participant of the same gender. If you would like to request a single room, you may do so for an additional $400.

Suite Upgrades

Tapa Tower Room and Executive Suite upgrades are available upon request for an additional charge and are subject to availability.

The conference package covers the cost of rooming in a standard Gardenview room in the Tapa Tower for 4 nights: October 1st – October 5th, 2012. Any room upgrades for nights during the main conference or additional vacation days will be priced accordingly.

  • Partial Oceanview: $19/night
    (additional $76 for 4 nights)
  • Oceanview: $41/night
    (additional $164 for 4 nights)
  • Executive Suite: $211/night
    (additional $844 for 4 nights)
  • One Bedroom Suite: $267/night
    (additional $1068 for 4 nights)
