TransformOurWorld.org offers the following products and services for free, for fixed prices, or for a donation amount depending on the product:

• Books, Pamphlets, Study Guides, and Downloadable PDFs or text-based files
• CDs and Audio Files (mp3s)
• DVDs and Video Files (MPEG, MP4, Quicktime, etc.)
• Conference Registrations
• Charitable Donations
• Other miscellaneous products related to transformation

Product Delivery

Physical products are delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The exact delivery method depends on a variety of factors including the customer’s choice during checkout and the availability of the service to the delivery address. Products are shipped no later than 5 business days after the order was placed, though often much sooner.

Digital products are delivered immediately with links to download provided on the receipt loaded after successful payment, as well as on the receipt email sent to the customer’s email address.

Returns and Refunds

Tangible products may be returned if in the original packaging. Digital goods such as CDs and DVDs cannot be returned if they have been opened. Please contact TransformOurWorld.org prior to sending an item for a return; all returns must be pre-approved or they may not be refunded properly.

Digital downloadable products cannot be returned.

Conference registrations may have a non-refundable deposit. This information varies per conference, but is always clearly described on the registration and payment forms.

Refunds may be issued if warranted. If you believe you have a situation that requires a refund please respond to your emailed receipt with your request.

TransformOurWorld.org has outsourced all operations involving payment or cardholder data to 3rd parties. These third parties are PCI DSS Level 1 or Level 2 Service Providers. 128bit SSL is utilized on all transmissions of cardholder data.
