Parañaque City was once known for corruption and poor management, but today it is a city in the process of powerful transformation. This change was sparked when a small group of believers began to pray for the city leaders and those in positions of authority. A major breakthrough came when the mayor of Parañaque dedicated his city to God. As a result, the income of the city quadrupled, peace and order improved, and corruption at city hall plummeted. Parañaque City has become a detonator city and is now impacting the police force, military and national leaders. This inspirational story is testimony to what is possible when church and marketplace leaders join together to see God’s kingdom come in all areas of a nation’s society.
