Travel & Transportation

The conference begins Thursday evening with dinner at 5:00pm. Flight arrivals should be scheduled to arrive by 3:00pm, giving you time to transfer to your hotel and settle in.

All flights should come in to the International El Paso, TX airport. Round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel will cost an additional fee. $25.00 Airport Transfer each way. (Roundtrip: El Paso - Juarez - El Paso.)

Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the conference venue.

Return flights should be scheduled to go out Sunday morning.
