He is also the recipient of numerous awards, the most prestigious being the First Honour Award, the highest architectural recognition given in the USA. Francis is also the senior pastor of New Life Church. His wife, Caroline, is his partner in life and ministry; together they have discovered the joy of making their labor their worship.
